Application Area:
Product to improve the wet rub-fastness especially for reactive dyeings and prints.
Properties：
- Yellowish to brown, liquid
- Improves the wet and dry rub fastness of dyeing and prints
- Provides a soft handle
- Resistant to hardness and electrolytes
- No impairment of the light fastness
- Free of formaldehyde
Application： Pad or Exhaust Process.
Pad Process:
WRI-8 20-40g/L
Pick-up 60%-90%
Drying 100℃, 1-2min
Curing 150℃, 1-1.5min
Exhaust Process:
WRI-8 1-3%(o.w.f)
Temperature Room Temperature
Drying 100℃, 1-2min
Curing 150℃, 1-1.5min
Storage:
125KG plastic drum, room temperature.
The product is sensitive to frost and heat and must not be stored at temperatures below 0℃ or above 40℃. Irreparable damage is possible. In the case of suspected frost or heat damage, the usability of the product has to be checked before processing. In order to avoid quality loss, it is necessary to always close the drums after use.
